What Makes Us Unique

Gasoline upgradation - Maximizing pyrolysis components

Issue:

A major oil trader in the GCC has an opportunity to blend Pygas at a discounted barrel. However, there are issues of Gum formation and Naphtha maximization.

Solution:

We provided a formulated booster which can reduce the gum formation and enhance the outcome .

Result:

The oil trader was able to supply significant quantities of Mogas 92 produced at a cheaper cost.

Financial outcome:

Customers were able to make an additional profit of up to $ 1 M per MR cargo.

Gasoline upgradation Non-Oxy and Non-Metallic Cargo

Issue:

A major oil producer in GCC has an issue with blending non-oxy and non-metallic cargo of Mogas 92 and ended up trading the cargo from other traders.

Solution:

We provided no-oxy and non-metallic boosters, enhancing the refiner to produce M 92 batches.

Result:

Financial outcome:

Customers were able to make an additional profit of $ 800 K to $ 1.2 M per 1MR cargo.

Gasoline upgradation

Issue:

A significant fuel trader in the GCC has an issue with maximizing SR Naphtha in Mogas 95 and was selling additional Naphtha at a discounted price.

Solution:

We provided an optimized blending model with boosters and additional components.

Result:

Customer was able to blend lean components, increasing SR naphtha by additional 4 to 8% resulting in additional financial saving and also getting additional profits as premium for M95.

Financial outcome:

Customers were able to make an additional profit of $ 800 K to $ 1.4 M per 1MR cargo.

High-efficiency Lubricity additive

Issue:

A major ULSD trader has an issue with achieving a WSD of less than 460 um and using higher dosages of Lubricity improver to achieve the specs.

Solution:

We provided a high concentration product which worked at less than 100 PPM, resulting in lesser additive consumption.

Result:

Dosage has reduced significantly.

Financial outcome:

Customers were able to dose < 100 PPM for LA resulting in saving of upto 30% of total product requirement.
